Carissa returns to the time to go format after a long break from it, and rediscovers just how difficult it is to stop peeing when that tiny cup is full. She wiggles and watches the clock as she waits to release a little more pee and gain a small amount of relief. Instead of having to wait only five minutes, as was done in the past, Carissa has to hold on for ten minutes between tiny releases, and each one (she says) feels worse than the one before (her bladder may be filling faster than she is emptying it). She manages to endure for almost an hour before she declares that she can't wait any longer and pees into the glass cylinder, hence showing the total amount she released during the hour.
