Becky is new to the world of real estate and property appraisals, and she has been teamed up with one of the firm's senior realtors to help her learn the ropes outside of the classroom. Today, he has taken her to a run down property which needs a lot of repair before it can go on the market. They have no access to the building, which is unfortunate for Becky because she badly needs to pee. Given the seniority of her colleague and the sheer embarrassment of admitting that she needs to relieve herself, Becky does her best to hide her desperation. This becomes acutely difficult when her colleague tests the outside water tap to see if water is still running, and a minute later rinses out his coffee cup. Unable to control herself any longer, Becky moves away from her colleague and stands facing him as she discretely wets herself, hoping he will not notice. He is so preoccupied that he doesn't even glance her way; nevertheless, the backs of Becky's stockings are very wet and pee has collected in her shoes.
