Jasmine has been pulled over for texting on her phone while driving. The cop has requested her driving credentials and is about to go back to his squad car and run them when Jasmine says she needs to use the bathroom, and asks if she can just run into the house to relieve herself. The cop tells her to stay inside the car until he has finished with her, and says it will only take a few minutes. But a few minutes turn into 5 minutes, then 6, then 7, and Jasmine is bursting to pee. The cop finally returns and says that she has a number of fines outstanding for unpaid parking tickets. He orders her to step out of the car and place her hands on the roof. Jasmine does so, squirming as she explains that she is about to wet her panties, and skirt and stockings, but the cop tells her to stay there keeping her hands on the roof.
