Lavender set herself the challenge of starting out with a full bladder and peeing into a small plastic cup at 5-minute intervals. She timed herself to make sure she kept to the schedule. How many times was she able to pee into that tiny cup then cut off the flow and wait another five minutes? Obviously, this is the first time we tried this format, and it proved surprisingly difficult to cut off the flow of pee after the first couple of times of using the cup. Lavender struggled to keep going but by the fourth or fifth time her muscles could not take any more and she lost control.
