Kate and Blue each have the power to control when the other girl pees. They are both desperate to go and are squirming around, struggling with full bladders. When they do get permission to pee from their opponent, they are only permitted to release a little into a tiny cup, before cutting off the flow and holding the rest, despite a powerful urge to release the rest. The girls have fun withholding permission from one another, even though they know they themselves will have to wait longer as a result.
