Sinthia just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, and witnessed something she shouldn't have. The perpetrator wants her out of the way for the immediate future, so he takes her to a quiet woodland and makes her handcuff herself to a tree branch. Sinthia keeps insisting that she needs to pee, but her captor doesn't help her; indeed, he seems more amused than anything. He leaves her there with her hands secured at head height, with no way to reach her jeans. Not wanting to piss her pants and have to stand there with wet legs, Sinthia tries to hold it, hoping for the slight chance that someone will find her before the inevitable happens. Now that she can't reach, however, the urge to go is worse than ever. It's no good, she can't continue to hold it. She tries to stop it happening, but pee gradually travels down her inner thigh and then spreads all the way down her left leg, and partially down her right.
