Tina arrives five minutes late at a doctor's office where she is scheduled to have an ultrasound scan, something which requires her to have a full bladder. The doctor's receptionist tells her that she has lost her spot because she is late and will have to wait until the doctor has finished with the patient scheduled to follow her appointment. Tina sits and waits, attempting to read a magazine to take her mind off her powerful desire to run to the bathroom and piss. She is clearly very uncomfortable and soon begins asking the receptionist how much longer she will have to wait, as well as how long the scan will take to perform, trying to ascertain if she can possibly hold it that long. When she is absolutely bursting, she inquires about making another appointment, but is told the delay would be substantial. As the minutes pass and the delay increases to half an hour, Tina becomes frantic and very irritable because she know she can’t wait much longer! As she tries to reason with the receptionist, the unthinkable happens - she starts to wet her pants. Pee streaks down the back of her jeans, leaving her totally humiliated. The receptionist stares in disbelief, and incautiously offers to get Tina something else to wear, incurring her wrath. When asked if she would like to make another appointment, she simply walks out.
